30ml gin – opt for a crisp gin variety
15ml Lillet Blanc – a light, herbal fortified wine
15ml sake – a light, medium-bodied one, ideally
Combine the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake in a cocktail shaker, include a generous scoop of ice and mix for half a minute until cold. Pour into a frosty martini glass and enjoy.
