Salah Offers Statement to Teammates, Says Curtis Jones
Curtis Jones has shared that Salah apologised to the entire Liverpool squad after the controversy from his recent interview.

The striker was dropped from a vital match after making accusations and claiming his rapport with Arne Slot had soured.
“He speaks for himself and he can say his own stuff,” the midfielder said. “He said sorry to the group and was like: ‘If my words hurt anyone, I apologise.’”
The head coach has refused to disclose on whether he received a personal apology from the player.

Jones insisted that the squad's reaction was unchanged. “He was his usual self, his demeanour was positive and we all treated him normally,” Jones added.
Jones also suggested that a competitor wanting to play is a positive trait. “I understand there are specific approaches you can handle situations,” he said. “But if a lad’s fine to just sit out, then I think that’s concerning.”
Team Form
Liverpool's form have been impressive in the matches since the initial controversy. Jones believes the outburst were not designed to cause disruption.
“If passion has boiled over, the source has been from a good place,” he finished. “It's behind us and we’re building chemistry, getting results and securing victories.”
